PTA ne crackdown ke dauran 6.43 million inactive SIMS block kar di hain, jabke 2.989 million SIMS jo wafat yafta afrad ke ID cards par thi aur 69,246 SIMs jo cancel shuda CNICs se linked thi, woh bhi deactivate ki gayi hain. 62 raids mein 72 afraad giraftar huay, 11,470 illegal SIMs aur 193 fake biometric devices baramad hui.
